Job summary

Mencap in Camberley, Surrey, is seeking a passionate Support Worker for a permanent full-time role (37.5 hours per week). You will support individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and emotional care, helping seven residents at home and three in the community. We value genuine compassion, excellent communication, and the ability to build meaningful relationships.

Flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays is essential. All roles involve 24‑hour care.
