Job summary

Outlook Care in Brentwood is seeking dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to assist individuals with learning disabilities in daily living, personal care, and participation in leisure, education and social activities at Hawthorn Residential Care Home.

You will help residents express their rights and choices while upholding CQC standards and Outlook Care policies, focusing on safeguarding and building positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Good basic IT skills and numeracy.
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and engage in training where relevant.

Responsibilities

• You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to leisure, education and social activities.
• Support residents to express their rights, choices and aspirations while maintaining high standards of care in line with Outlook Care policies and CQC standards.
