Outlook Care is a specialist provider of learning disability services with a dedicated team in Brentwood, Essex. We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to help individuals live independently, pursue their rights and participate in daily activities, in a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships and work flexibly in a team.
• Good basic IT skills.
• Relevant experience in care or transferable skills is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities in daily living.
• Assist with personal care, leisure, education and social activities.
• Maintain high standards of care in line with Outlook Care policies and CQC standards.
