Chelmsford Star Co-op is seeking a Funeral Advisor to support families through the funeral arrangements with empathy and professionalism. You will help personalise services, ensure high standards across our funeral homes, and maintain trusted relationships with families and colleagues.

You may cover other Funeral Homes as required for sickness or holidays, and will blend empathy with strong organisation and local connections to assist families during difficult times.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with funeral arrangements and personalise the service.

• Promote Funeral Services within the local community.
• Cover other Funeral Homes for sickness and holidays as needed.
