Responsibilities

• Guide families through funeral arrangements and provide compassionate support
• Arrange funerals with attention to detail and transparency of cost
• Communicate arrangements clearly between families and Funeral Directors
• Handle administration with sensitivity and accuracy
• Maintain the funeral home environment, security, and cleanliness
• Build relationships with local hospitals, nursing homes, clergy and doctors
• Promote Funeral Services within the local community
