Westerleigh Group is seeking a Memorial Advisor to support bereaved families with compassionate, consultative sales for personalised memorial options. You will guide families through decisions, schedule appointments, and coordinate orders while delivering exceptional care in a multi-site environment.

The role requires strong IT skills, Excel proficiency, and occasional travel to nearby cemeteries, with a flexible weekend schedule and commission benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales roles (e.g., Sales Executive/Advisor/Assistant/Representative).
• Consultative sales experience with a focus on empathy and relationship-building.
• Natural communicator with customer-service excellence.
• Own transport for occasional travel to surrounding cemeteries.
• Ability to speak to people in a caring and understanding manner.
• Strong administration and IT skills (Word/Excel).
• Team player with compassion and a drive to make a difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support and guidance on memorial options for families.
• Lead commercial conversations with care and build trusted relationships.
• Present every memorial option to families to tailor solutions.
• Make calls and book appointments; use Chronicle for discussions.
• Coordinate orders with suppliers and manage costs accurately.
• Maintain accurate records and handle memorial leases/ extensions.
