Job summary

Kisimul Group Limited, an established provider of specialist residential care, is seeking Life Practitioners for our Adult Supported Living Home in Cherry Willingham, Lincolnshire.

You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently, help with daily activities, and accompany them on community trips; a company vehicle is available for work-related transport.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player with resilience and the confidence to ask for support as needed.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Help residents live independently by assisting in daily activities.
• Accompany residents on trips into the community.
• Operate within competency framework to unlock pay progression.
• Use the company vehicle for transport to community activities (licence required).
