Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Holmlea in East Markham to support adults with complex needs and help them live independent lives. You will assist with daily activities and accompany individuals on community trips in a compassionate, enthusiastic team.

Starting pay is £13.12 per hour, with progression to £14.12 for those with experience. A driving licence is required to drive the company vehicle, and opportunities for skill development are available.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
• A strong team player
• Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Computer literacy
• A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
• Accompany individuals on trips into the community.
• Drive the company vehicle with a full UK driving licence (or 2+ years UK driving experience)
