Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for our adult supported living home in Nottinghamshire. You will support residents with daily activities, accompany them on community trips, and help them live independent lives while following our competency framework. A joining bonus of £500 is available.

Starting rates are £13.12–£14.12 per hour with progression to £14.62 per hour at Level 3 based on experience. A company vehicle is provided for transport to activities and appointments.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and helping others.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work toward qualifications and develop in role.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities to promote independence.
• Accompany residents on community trips and attend activities together.
• Drive the company vehicle where required (full UK licence).
