Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for our Adult Residential/Supported Living Home in Lincolnshire. You will support individuals with complex needs, helping them with daily tasks and outings to promote independence and confidence.

The role includes driving responsibilities with a company vehicle, and progression through a competency framework to access higher hourly rates. A competitive package with benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with severe learning disabilities to live independently.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care as needed.
• Accompany clients on community trips and activities.
• Provide safe transport duties using the company vehicle (drivers license required).
