Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting an experienced Hub Navigator for a 6-month assignment in Newham, East London. You will provide intensive, person-centred support to individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs, managing caseloads and coordinating with partner agencies to secure housing and essential services.

You will work 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with shifts 9:00am–9:00pm and occasional weekend cover.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people experiencing homelessness or multiple disadvantages.
• Ability to manage a caseload and deliver person-centred support plans.
• Strong understanding of complex needs including mental health and substance misuse.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate hard-to-reach clients.
• Experience collaborating with external agencies and services.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Empathetic and proactive approach to supporting vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with individuals experiencing homelessness and complex needs.
• Deliver intensive, pro-active, person-centred support.
• Manage a caseload and develop tailored support plans.
• Help access housing, healthcare, welfare benefits, and other services.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Advocate for clients navigating services and systems.
• Promote independence, resilience and positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and case notes per policy.
• Engage individuals who may be reluctant to access support.
