Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Hub Caseworker in East London to join our homelessness assessment hub. You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on team and directly support people experiencing rough sleeping, helping them move into safety and towards a more stable future.

Key duties include carrying out assessments, managing caseloads and creating 28-day move-on plans, and working with housing, outreach, mental health and substance misuse services to secure positive housing outcomes for clients.

Location: East London
Hours: Monday to Friday, rota-based shifts (no nights)
