Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting a Project Worker to support individuals experiencing homelessness within a fast-paced service. You will manage a caseload, provide ongoing support, and develop Plans of Action to help clients progress toward personal goals.

The role requires experience in homelessness services, strong communication and safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to work across a busy 12-hour shift rota (4 on / 4 off, including earlies and lates).

Qualifications

• Experience in homelessness services or similar support setting.
• Proven experience managing a caseload of clients.
• Experience developing and reviewing Plans of Action.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of safeguarding, risk management and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing consistent support and guidance.
• Develop and maintain individual Plans of Action (POAs).
• Work in a fast-paced environment, addressing clients' needs and priorities.
• Support clients in addressing barriers to accommodation, independence and wellbeing.
• Build professional relationships and encourage engagement with support services.
• Monitor progress and review support plans regularly.
• Maintain case notes, client records and documentation.
• Identify safeguarding concerns and elevate risks as required.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
