Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Complex Needs Navigator for a Greater Manchester-based homeless prevention charity. The role is community-based, part-time (30 hours/week), temporary to December 2026, based in Oldham.

You will manage a caseload of up to 25 clients, build trauma-informed relationships and coordinate housing, health and social care services to support alongside multi-agency partners. You will advocate for clients, address service barriers, and help develop Personal Housing Plans and

Qualifications

Experience with complex needs such as homelessness, addiction and mental health.
Ability to develop person-centered support plans.
Experience conducting needs and risk assessments.
Familiarity with safeguarding practices and procedures.
Strong advocacy and navigating service systems.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of up to 25 individuals as primary key worker.
Build trauma-informed relationships with clients.
Facilitate access to housing, healthcare, and social care services.
Assist with homelessness assessments and Personal Housing Plans.
Develop move-on plans and address housing barriers.
Conduct strengths-based needs and risk assessments and coordinate multi-agency plans.
Advocate for clients and improve local service pathways.
Work across services and locations to ensure accessible support.
