Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting Hub Caseworkers for a vital Homelessness Assessment Hub in East London. You will work on the front line, supporting rough sleepers and guiding them to safe accommodation and a more stable future.

Role involves assessments, caseload management, and collaboration with housing, outreach, mental health and substance misuse services. We seek resilient, compassionate individuals ready to make a real difference in a fast-paced environment.

We are recruiting passionate, resilient and driven Hub Caseworkers to join a vital Homelessness Assessment Hub in East London.

You will be working within a fast-paced, hands-on Hub where teamwork is everything, challenges are tackled together and every day brings the chance to change lives.

You will be working directly with people experiencing rough sleeping, helping them off the streets, into safety and towards a more stable future.

With homelessness remaining one of London's most urgent challenges, your work could genuinely change lives.

Responsibilities of the Hub Caseworker include:

• Supporting rough sleepers into safe accommodation and helping them rebuild their lives
• Carrying out assessments, managing caseloads and creating 28-day move-on plans
