Job summary
East of England Co-op Funeral Services is seeking a Funeral Co-ordinator to support client families with compassion and professionalism. You will coordinate funeral services, receive the deceased into care, prepare for viewings and services, and maintain our ceremonial vehicles and facilities.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and professional approach.
- Team player with strong customer care.
- Good knowledge of the local area.
Responsibilities
- Drive or assist with funeral services, supporting clients and families.
- Receive the deceased into care from various locations and circumstances.
- Prepare the deceased for viewings and the funeral service.
- Maintain cleanliness and high standards of facilities and ceremonial vehicles.
- Assist with coffins, floral tributes, and order of service.
