Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare is looking for a compassionate team member to support clients and families, both in person and over the phone, with funeral arrangements and documentation. • Excellent communication and empathy with clients and families.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail for invoicing and data entry.
• Comfortable using digital devices and basic IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arranging family visits and answering questions.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe and welcoming; report maintenance issues.
• Work with client documentation, funeral arrangements and invoicing.
• Assist in care and preparation of the deceased; manual handling training provided.
