Job summary

OurCoop is seeking a Funeral Advisor to support families through the funeral arrangement process, ensuring empathetic guidance and smooth day-to-day operations of our funeral homes. You may travel to cover other branches and appointments as required. You will blend empathy with strong organisational and communication skills, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support families through the funeral arrangement process.
• Arrange funerals and coordinate with Funeral Directors and other staff.
• Maintain clean and secure funeral home premises.
• Communicate arrangements clearly to families and stakeholders.
• Handle administration tasks with accuracy and care.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clergy and local communities.
• Travel within the area to cover other funeral homes as needed.
