Hill Care Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant (Bank) to support residents in our residential home. The role focuses on daily living activities, comfort and wellbeing, with emphasis on dignity and person-centered care.

You will work with a supportive team, complete daily records, assist with meals, mobility, and social activities, and attend mandatory training. Good communication and reliability are essential.

Formación

• Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player.
• Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes.
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Care: Support Residents with daily living activities maintaining dignity.
• Assist in mobility and use of aids as required.
• Attend to communications and call systems; pass messages promptly.
• Help maintain clean, safe living areas and bedding.
• Record daily notes and follow care planning.
• Support participation in social activities.
