Hill Care Ltd is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our residential home. You will support Residents with daily living, respond to needs with dignity, and help promote wellbeing through activities and social interaction.

The role requires teamwork, good communication, and a positive attitude. Training and ongoing development are encouraged as part of our caring environment.

Formación

• Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to participate in Vocational Training Programmes.
• Satisfactory Police Check and POVA List check where applicable.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent, NVQ2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
• Experience in caring for elderly people is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality care to residents, assisting with daily living activities.
• Support residents with washing, dressing, mobility and comfort while preserving dignity.
• Observe and document care needs and follow care plans and policies.
• Assist with meals, prompts, and social activities to promote wellbeing.
• Respond to Nursecall and general inquiries, ensuring safety and privacy.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment and handle equipment properly.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents and families as needed.
