Qualifikationen

• Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Team player with willingness to participate in vocational training.
• Compliance with Police Check and POVA List where applicable.
• Relevant vocational qualification or working towards it.
• Experience with the relevant client group.

Aufgaben

• Assist with washing, toileting, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Support care needs physically, emotionally and spiritually while preserving dignity.
• Assist residents with mobility and use of aids as needed.
• Monitor residents who may be confused or have behavioural issues.
• Assist with continence, meals, and personal care during shifts.
