Hill Care Group is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant for our Residential home in the United Kingdom. You will support Residents with daily living activities, promote comfort and wellbeing, and work under supervision to deliver respectful, person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in working within a caring environment.

• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including washing, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
• Support Residents with physical, emotional and spiritual needs while maintaining dignity.
• Monitor Residents with limited mobility and follow care plans.
• Respond to Nursecall, doors and phone, and pass on messages promptly.
• Support in activities and social events to promote wellbeing.
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality and safety in all care interactions.
