Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication with families.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Support chapel services: seating, AV, greet families.
• Assist with witness interments or ashes scatterings.
• Maintain grounds and memorial areas.
• Assist families with memorial enquiries.
• Manage service bookings, records, and invoicing.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally.
• Follow health and safety regulations and PPE usage.
