Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking a Care & Support Worker for Green Meadow, its service across supported housing and community settings. The role is 25 hours per week and focuses on person-centred care aligned to individual plans, helping residents live as independently as possible.

You will support older adults and people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs, with evenings, weekends, sleep-in and on-call duties. DBS check is essential and no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English
• Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support in line with individual care plans
• Help people live as independen tly as possible, promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Deliver care across supported housing, extra care services and local community
