Qualifications

• Experience in working with adults with brain injury who present physically challenging behaviour.
• NVQ L2 or equivalent in care and basic IT skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic support to Corina in her daily activities.
• Assist with hydrotherapy sessions and maintain her physical wellbeing.
• Work with the care team to implement psychologist-recommended strategies.

Skills

Experience in supporting adults with brain injuries

Empathy

Ability to manage challenging behaviour

Strong communication skills

Education

NVQ L2 in care or equivalent
