Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing, and residential care settings. You will support social interaction and assist with fundraising, while promoting kindness in all interactions.

You will bring experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a compassionate, patient approach. Safeguarding training is preferred and UK right-to-work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with vulnerable individuals in care or similar settings.
• Strong planning and IT skills with good time management.
• Compassionate, patient and people-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to engage Residents across care settings.
• Help Home Manager organise fundraising events.
• Encourage social interaction and involvement of the care home team.
• Develop activity ideas based on Residents' hobbies.
