Overview

A dynamic and highly experienced fund administration business is seeking to appoint a Company Secretary. In this role you will be responsible for providing company secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide company secretarial services to a portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance codes and principles of best company secretarial practice.
  • Manage Guernsey Registry filings and liaise with other jurisdictions' registered agents regarding registry findings.
  • Ensure client policies and procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years' experience working as a Company Secretary.
  • Knowledge of the local regulatory framework.
  • ICSA qualified (or similar).
  • Organised self-starter with the ability to work independently and accurately under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy and problem-solving abilities.
