Job summary

Bury Council Leisure is inviting applications for a part-time Concierge Assistant based mainly at the Radcliffe Hub. You will be the welcoming heartbeat of the facility, setting the tone for every visitor from the moment they arrive.

You'll help customers navigate new digital booking systems, self-service kiosks, and online platforms with confidence, and support a busy, friendly team across evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care, making visitors feel welcome and at ease.
• Strong written, verbal and numeric communication.
• Experience in busy customer-facing environments.
• Ability to use online technology and digital systems.
• Safeguarding: DBS check and commitment to safeguarding and welfare.

Responsibilities
