A charity organization in North West London is seeking a Community Support Worker (Female Only) to join their team. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities by organising activities and providing personal care in a friendly environment. Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and possess a good standard of written English. The position offers competitive pay ranging from £12.39 to £13.22 per hour, training, and various employee benefits including holiday time and a pension scheme.

\We have full time (35 hours per week) and part time (18.50 hours per week) positions available;
As a Community Support Worker, you will be required to work individually and as part of a team to support and enable people to participate in a range of activities, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating a friendly, safe and sociable environment.
With NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care level 2, Care Certificate or equivalent experience, you must have a good standard of written English. Experience of working with adults with a learning disability is desirable but not essential. Understanding / awareness of or willingness to learn about Jewish culture is essential. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.
*Qualified candidates need to demonstrate they have completed an Ofqual QCF (NVQ) Level 2 qualification or higher in Health & Social Care (for the higher rate of pay £13.22 per hour).
