Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. — Communities division is seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to support a caseload of participants in a community setting, from initial assessment through sentence completion.

You will provide guidance, reassurance, and tailored support to help individuals reintegrate into society, build brighter futures, and engage in meaningful activities that promote wellbeing and social inclusion.

Qualifications

• IAG Level 3 - desirable.
• Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable.
• Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintain computer-based information systems in an accurate and timely manner.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and sustain engagement of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual performance targets and contribute towards meeting team performance targets in line with contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with volunteer peer mentors and/or mentors to help you manage your caseload and connect participants with housing, substance use, physical and mental health resources.
• Contribute towards a learning environment where colleagues develop skills and share best practice.
• Ensure effective case management and safeguarding of adults and children, including notification of concerns to the Probation Service and adherence to policies.
• Ensure all contractual targets are met.
