Seetec's Communities division is seeking an Accommodation Support Officer to manage a caseload of participants, assessing housing needs and developing tailored accommodation plans. The role supports individuals in custody or in the community, working closely with probation practitioners to promote stability and independence.

The position offers a full-time fixed term contract until March 2027 with a competitive salary and benefits, including leave, pension and healthcare.

Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with participants and external stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of participants and develop personalised accommodation plans.
• Carry out initial assessments considering risk, situation and need.
• Record progress and outcomes accurately using a case management system.
• Maintain contact with participants and identify emerging risks or concerns.
