Seetec Business Technology Centre seeks a compassionate Community Support Worker to support a caseload of participants in community settings from initial assessment through completion of their journey.

You will provide guidance, encouragement and tailored support to help individuals overcome challenges, reintegrate into society and build brighter futures. Location: Taunton, Yeovil & Bridgwater; Hours: 37 per week; Contract: Permanent.

Qualifikationen

• IAG Level 3 - desirable.
• Experience managing a caseload of participants - desirable.
• Knowledge of inputting and retrieving electronic data and maintaining computer-based information systems in a timely manner in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills across settings.
• Ability to motivate and sustain engagement of individuals.

Aufgaben

• Meet individual performance targets and contribute to team targets.
• Collaborate with mentors to manage caseload and connect participants with housing, health and other resources.
• Contribute to a learning environment to develop colleagues' skills and share best practice.
• Ensure effective case management and risk coordination with safeguarding focus on adults and children.
• Meet all contractual targets.
