Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs.
• Ability to manage behaviours that challenge in a calm and positive manner.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient, person-centred support to adults with complex needs.
• Support with daily living tasks and community activities.
• Assist with appointments, outings and transport as required.
• Promote independence while providing reassurance and advocacy when needed.
