• Promote life skills, independence and education for a diverse range of needs (autism, ABI, challenging behaviours, learning/physical disabilities, elderly).
• Assist with personal care and daily tasks as required.
• Encourage participation in activities and community outings; operate in a 2:1 support ratio.
