Prosperity Care & Wellbeing Ltd is seeking a Female Specialist Senior Support Worker (Driver) to deliver person-centred care across Gloucestershire. You will lead day-to-day service operations, mentor staff, and ensure safe, compassionate support for individuals with complex needs.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with shifts covering 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, and 7am-10pm. An inclusive employer, offering induction and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a health and social care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Confidence implementing support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding.
• Ability to mentor colleagues within the team.
• Strong communication with families and professionals.
• Proactive and flexible approach to delivering care.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example in day-to-day running of the service.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
• Promote best practice and positive culture within the team.
• Mentor and supervise Support Workers to maintain high standards.
• Build strong relationships with families and external professionals.
• Empower individuals to live as independently as possible.
