Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a Specialist Support Worker (Driver Required) in Gloucester/Twigworth. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting two males with autism and learning disabilities, in a calm, structured environment.

You will drive clients in their own vehicles and work within person-centred care plans, ensuring dignity, safety and teamwork. Excellent induction and career development support offered.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be confident drivers and hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience as a specialist support worker is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, calm environment and follow support plans.
• Provide structured support addressing sensory, emotional and communication needs.
• Assist with daily activities and personal care where required, promoting independence.
• Complete documentation accurately and ensure clear team communication.
