A public service organization in Mid and West Wales is seeking a part-time Community Safety Practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for various community safety initiatives, including delivering Safe and Well Visits and providing administration support to the community safety team. Mid and West Wales Fire Rescue Service isseeking applications from individuals for the role of permanent Community Safety Practitioner within the Community Safety Department, based at Morriston Station.
The Role
The post holder will carry out a wide range of community safety initiatives in line with the Service’s strategy. To generate and deliver Safe and Well Visits and provide effective administration of Community safety processes to the community safety team and support wider Community Safety Partnership working. This role will be based within the respective Division; however, there may also be a requirement to support activities in other Divisional areas.
This is a part-time post working 22.12 hours per week over 3 days, (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) with flexible hours in line with the Service’s flexi-time scheme.
