About the role

The role is the main point of contact for the Community Safety Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (CS MARAC) and Integrated Offender Management (IOM) workstreams providing administrative support for the CS MARAC and IOM meetings including managing referrals preparing meeting agendas and maintaining accurate minutes and records. The post holder will promote safety accountability efficiency and effective communication between all parties who attend the multi-agency addition the post holder will work closely with the CCTV Control Room staff and CST Investigation & Enforcement officers to assist with technical and administrative tasks such as monitoring and verifying payments managing external / third party CCTV related enquiries

You are a highly organised and proactive professional with a strong commitment to safeguarding and reducing harm in the community. You have experience working within multi-agency frameworks particularly in managing high-risk Community Safety cases through MARAC (Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference) and coordinating offender management under IOM (Integrated Offender Management). Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR and safeguarding legislation is essential. You excel at building collaborative relationships with partners across statutory and voluntary sectors demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills. You are confident in prioritising complex caseloads making informed decisions under pressure and driving positive outcomes for vulnerable individuals and the wider community.
