This role is based in the Bangor, North Wales store, which dispenses over 5,000 valued items on average to the local community each month.

About the role:

As a Community Pharmacist Manager, you will work in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure that services to patients are planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service.

  • Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, providing healthcare advice, including consultations and diabetes checks
  • Develop your pharmacy team, ensuring best practices are implemented and shared
  • Emphasize clinical governance and invest time in team training
  • Proactively develop pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company standards
  • Focus on daily operations and medium-term planning, conducting regular audits to maintain high standards
