A leading healthcare provider in Walthamstow is seeking a full-time Community Mental Health Nurse. The successful candidate will coordinate a caseload of service users with complex needs, provide support within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, and must possess substantial experience in mental health. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. This role offers a competitive salary with additional high-cost area payment.
The Mental Health & Wellness Team (MH&WT) is looking to recruit a Community Mental Health Nurse for a full-time vacancy. The post holder will be working within a dynamic and friendly multi-disciplinary team. Applicants will have substantial experience of working within a mental health setting and will possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as evidence-based knowledge of working in the Recovery Model framework and trauma informed care.
The Successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the newly formed Mental Wellness teams. All successful candidates will have the opportunity to participate in the projects that support the team and to apply for training and development initiatives.
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
This post also attracts payment for High-Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £4,551 and a maximum payment of £5,735) pro rata for part time staff.
