A healthcare organization in mental health is seeking a motivated Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse to support users prescribed antipsychotic medication. This role involves managing a caseload, completing reviews, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team. We have a very exciting new opportunity to recruit a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic mental health nurse to join our fantastic physical health hub within the Trafford division to support people living with dementia who are prescribed antipsychotic medication.
This role would suit a nurse with older adults experience and an interest in physical health who may be looking to retire and return or reduce their working hours.
