Job Overview

Join our friendly and supportive team as a Community IV Nurse and help deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to people across Swindon. Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will provide essential IV therapy and community nursing services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients. You'll undertake delegated tasks from the lead clinician, work with minimal supervision, and ensure safe, effective care in line with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IV therapy and community nursing care that is safe, compassionate, and person‑centred.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless, high‑quality care.
  • Carry out delegated clinical tasks and responsibilities confidently and professionally.
  • Build positive relationships with patients and their families, supporting them throughout their care pathway.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow organisational and clinical guidelines.
Where You’ll Work
  • You’ll be based in Swindon, with the flexibility to work across the Swindon Intermediate Care Centre clinic.
  • Patient homes across the community.
