Typical Tasks

1. Welcoming new visitors and helping them feel at ease.
2. Gathering information by completing forms (e.g., new member forms).
3. Providing refreshments (teas, coffees, biscuits, etc.).
4. Engaging with members during visits – being a “Listening Ear.”
5. Keeping track of visitors and daily occurrences, including phone calls.
6. Managing appointments using our online portal (training provided).
