Sanctuary Housing Association seeks a Scheme Manager to drive a welcoming customer journey from first contact to settling into a vibrant South Manchester community. You will promote resident involvement, support wellbeing, and ensure safe, well-maintained homes in Stockport area.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and a valid driving licence. Travel is a requirement of the role; in-house DBS check will be paid for, and Sanctuary offers a comprehensive

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication across face-to-face, written and digital channels.
• Empathetic with a customer focus.
• Ability to build communities through stakeholder engagement.
• Experience dealing with conflict resolution.
• Full valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Promote resident involvement and provide information on local services.
• Encourage residents to maintain wellbeing and independence through high-quality housing support services.
• Meet legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, contractors and residents.
• Coordinate delivery of local services to keep schemes maintained, clean, and secure.
