Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our Manchester community. You will ensure cleanliness of reception, offices, and shared spaces to enhance resident experience and market appeal.

Work as part of the Community team, respond to resident queries, perform daily cleaning tasks, check amenities, and monitor supplies. Strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English to understand safety labels and procedures.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
• Safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a friendly and supportive team to maintain high cleanliness throughout the community.
• Respond to customer queries and signpost residents as needed.
• Clean reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
• Check daily on all amenity areas and clean as required.
• Daily litter pick of external areas.
• Keep empty rooms and show flats market-ready.
• Conduct weekly flush downs in empty rooms and apartments.
• Assist in make-ready tasks and report hazards to management.
• Log maintenance issues with Customer Service.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder when necessary.
• Use materials and equipment efficiently without compromising quality.
