Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English to a level that enables full understanding and compliance with product safety labels, COSHH policy, and procedure manuals
• Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements
• Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across community areas, reception, and amenities.
• Respond to resident queries and direct to the right contact.
• Clean reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
• Daily checks of amenity areas and cleaning where needed.
• Daily litter pick of external areas.
• Keep vacant rooms and show flats market-ready.
• Weekly flush downs in empty rooms to health and safety policy.
• Assist Community Manager with additional duties.
• Report hazards to residents and team.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request reorders.
• Use materials efficiently without compromising quality.
