Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of our residential communities. You will be responsible for keeping reception, offices, and all common areas spotless, as well as performing daily litter picks and ensuring market-ready show flats.

The role requires the ability to read English, knowledge of UK health and safety requirements, and proficiency with cleaning fluids and tools. You will work as part of a team, supporting residents and on-site staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English to understand product safety labels and procedures.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community's external and internal spaces, including reception and offices.
• Respond to resident queries and signpost to the appropriate person when needed.
• Clean the reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
• Daily litter pick of external areas within the community.
• Keep empty rooms and show flats fresh to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Log maintenance issues with the Customer Service team as identified in daily tasks.
