Job summary

Greystar is seeking a diligent Cleaner to join the onsite Community team in the United Kingdom. You will maintain the cleanliness of all communal areas, reception, and amenities, ensuring a welcoming environment that supports a positive resident experience.

Working as part of a friendly team, you will respond to resident queries, perform daily litter picks, refresh vacant rooms, and assist with make-ready tasks while following UK health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience maintaining cleanliness in a customer-occupied environment.
• Ability to follow UK health and safety requirements and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across communal spaces, reception, and amenities.
• Respond to resident queries and signpost to the right person.
• Clean reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
• Daily litter pick of external areas.
• Refresh vacant rooms and show flats to market-ready standard.
• Log maintenance issues with the Customer Service team.
• Assist with make-ready tasks as directed by Community Manager/supervisor.
• Report hazards or safety concerns to management.
