Job summary

Greystar is seeking a diligent cleaner to uphold the cleanliness and presentation of our community, including reception and common areas, to enhance resident experience. You will work with the Community team to maintain high standards and respond to resident queries.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning, litter control, restocking supplies, and assisting in make-ready tasks. Strong attention to detail, basic English literacy, and knowledge of UK health and safety are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining cleanliness in a customer-occupied environment.
• Ability to read and write English to understand product safety labels and procedures.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in using and maintaining cleaning fluids and tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the community, including reception, offices, common spaces and restrooms.
• Respond to resident queries and signpost to appropriate team members when needed.
• Perform daily litter picks and ensure market-ready show flats are refreshed.
• Log maintenance issues with the Customer Service team and assist with make-ready tasks.
• Advise on safe use of materials and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
