Nationwide in Cranbrook, Kent is seeking a Customer Representative to deliver great customer experiences across branch, phone and digital channels. You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions and queries, and help them access banking services.

You’ll work 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, in a multi-skilled branch; training lasts three weeks with no holidays, and you’ll contribute to a local, community-focused service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience or passion for customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
• Clear communication and ability to guide customers across channels.

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to provide friendly help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, ensuring security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit their needs and help manage their money.
• Work with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service, especially at peak times.
• Take ownership to follow processes, spot issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
